It is recommended that all sizing be done in person at a school sizing event. You are welcome to use our apparel sizing charts or ring sizing app, but the purchaser is solely responsible for all size selections. Apparel Purchase Policy
Please keep in mind that you are purchasing custom-made apparel. Even if there is no embroidery or custom patches on your item, it is still considered custom-made since you are choosing the size, alterations, and other options related to the item you’ve purchased. We DO NOT exchange or refund any custom-made apparel. Refunds will not be given for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Campus Grads guarantees all apparel to be free from defect in workmanship and materials, and to be the quality described on the customer order or invoice. Defective products or items damaged in shipping will be repaired or replaced without charge.
Ring PurchasePolicy
All rings are custom-made, which includes options such as size, style, band width, metal, stones, pridesides, engraving, and so forth. We DO NOT exchange or refund any custom-made rings. A limited lifetime warranty is provided on all rings, which includes a 6 year lost ring program. This warranty also covers lifetime resizing. Campus Grads guarantees all rings to be free from defect in workmanship and materials, and to be the quality described on the customer order or invoice. Defective products or items damaged in shipping will be repaired or replaced without charge.
If we make a mistake, we will happily make it right. Although, please be 100% sure of your size choice and option selections before completing your order. Our website contains a detailed and up-to-date size charts and a ring sizing app for your benefit. We also offer school sizing events, that will help you select the perfect fit of your apparel or ring. Please see a Measuring Guide to know how to get correct measurements on apparel.
Your school administration selects certain aspects of all apparel and ring designs, and the options available to the student body. On jackets and sweaters the fabric colors, letter patch, and custom school patches are designed to match the schools colors and logos. All activity, graduation year, jersey number, and positions patches are made to match the colors used on your schools apparel. On rings the school may select to have a set “School Ring” which has limited options, such as only metal and band size. On “Class Rings” the school will design the mascot side of the ring, but all other options are open to the student to design and personalize. The sizing and options selected are YOUR responsibility. Changes to your order may be requested up to 48 hours after purchase, after that all sizing and options are finalized.
Exchange Policy
In-Stock blank (non-decorated) apparel ONLY! Please ask us before purchase if the jacket or sweater belongs to a custom or non-custom category. Custom jackets or sweaters cannot be returned or exchanged. Contact us through our contact page with your order number. Please indicate the apparel item you are returning and the new item you want. Be specific as possible when describing the new item. The item returned will be credited on the original payment method and the new item(s) with shipping will be charged to the same payment method. Shipping charges for the returned items are not refundable.
Special Custom Orders
Sometimes we deal with special orders (A special order that has unique requirements, materials, color, buttons, knitting, patches and so forth) and custom orders are non-returnable or cancelable. Personalized items are specially made for you and cannot be returned.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
We always want your apparel or ring on you as soon as possible. Delivery of all custom orders take approximately 8 to 10 weeks from the order date. Delivery may occur at your school or ship directly to your home. If circumstances delay production of your order you will be notified immediately with an estimated delivery date. Please plan accordingly if you are trying to receive your order by a certain date. Shipping & handling charges and sales tax are not included in the item price, but will be added to your cart total at checkout. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
