How do I know my size?
It is recommended that all students are sized at a school sizing event. You are welcome to use our apparel sizing charts or ring sizing app, links to these are on their corresponding product pages. Please make sure your size, alterations, and options are correct before finalizing your order.
When will I receive my order?
All products are available for delivery 8 to 10 week from their order date.
How will I receive my order?
Students will be notified when their order is ready for delivery. You will be informed if it can be picked up from the school or if it will be delivered to your home.
Can I make payments on my order?
Yes! Payments are processed by our partner Partially. The terms of payment depend on the product you are purchasing. Partially will take your payment method and bill you monthly until your balance is paid in full. No product will be delivered until full payment is received.
When I order a letter jacket patch does it come attached?
Yes! All patches come attached when a jacket is on your order and you have indicated the location of the patch. Patches may be ordered without a jacket, select "Unattached" in the patch location.
Can I change my order?
Changes to your order may be requested up to 48 hours after purchase, after that all sizing and options are finalized. Call 801-628-9833 or email support@campusgrads.com to request a change to your order within 48 hours.
Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
We DO NOT exchange or refund any custom-made apparel or rings. Please see our Purchase Policy for further details.
The item I ordered was received damaged or defective?
Campus Grads guarantees all apparel and rings to be free from defect in workmanship and materials, and to be the quality described on the customer order or invoice. Defective products or items damaged in shipping will be repaired or replaced without charge. If we make a mistake, we will happily make it right! Please email support@campusgrads.com and provide your name, order number, and the condition of your item.
